A lot of consideration goes into providing a high-end safari product, from expert guiding and activities to the standard of accommodation and wildlife experience.
Welcome to Siana Spring Tented Camp.
Siana Spring Tented Camp is situated at the foot of Ngama Hill, on the western side of Kenya’s Masaai Mara National Park. The camp is located near the Sekenani and Ololaimutiek gates in an area rich in flora and wildlife as well as rich local culture.
Siana Springs means “plenty springs” in the indigenous Maasai language.
The Camp exemplifies the finest in diversity in all aspects, as its wealth in animals and natural history makes it a perfect eco-lodge from which to see one of the world’s most spectacular spectacles – the wildebeest migration.
The Camp has a long history that dates back to 1920, when the first Game Warden chose the current location for his camp. Siana Springs is part of a Wildlife Conservancy that was left to the local Maasai people in the late 1970s.
Siana Springs is made up of 40 cozy tents, all with wooden decks and great park views, that represent traditional architectural traditions while still providing modern comfort. The tents can accommodate families as well as individuals, with single, double, twin, and triple beds. Each tent is placed on a raised wooden platform and has ensuite facilities such as queen-sized beds, private flush toilets, hot and cold showers, dressing tables, mosquito netting, and flat-screen televisions.
The camp has crackling fires where guests may relax and share their safari experience, as well as provide comfort to visitors on chilly evenings.
Siana Spring Tented Camp provides additional services and amenities such as a huge restaurant with foreign cuisine (vegetarians and non-vegetarians), traditional Kenyan delicacies, English breakfast, picnic lunches, indoor and outdoor dining, and bush evenings. Comfort and safety are ensured by a well-trained, pleasant, and organized personnel.
